Neither has the Agent checked the legal documentation to verify legal status of the property or the validity of any guarantee. A buyer must assume the information is incorrect, until it has been verified by their own solicitors.” “The measurements supplied are for general guidance, and as such must be considered as incorrect. Nothing on this website shall be deemed to constitute financial advice and in the event that you wish to have any such advice, you should contact a financial advisor.

Leeds Rentals makes no warranty that this website is free from errors, defects or viruses. Important Information for Tenants: We will send you referencing link/form which you can fill out online. Anyone who is over 18 will need to fill out an individual reference form. The referencing fee is non- refundable. If you do fail the reference/credit check for any reason you will not get this money back. If you pass the reference check and then decide to pull out this is also non- refundable. If you are worried that you may fail, or have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us. We can give you advice, but can’t guarantee you will pass / fail referencing. After you have moved into the property and contracts have been signed, the admin and referencing fee is entirely non-refundable. It may take anything up to 5 working days for the references to be processed. Please bare this in mind when planning your move in date. Leeds Rentals will need to have received all payments prior to move in. We prefer all payments to be made by BACS. The tenancy cannot commence until ALL payments stated below have been received. This is not negotiable.

MOVE IN DAY

If Leeds Rentals is managing the property, you will also need to sign a standing order form for the monthly rent to be transferred to Leeds Rentals Account. You will meet with us to receive keys and sign the Assured Shorthold tenancy agreement. You may also be required to be present for an inventory check in.
