When you apply to rent a property that Leeds Rentals is marketing, it is important that you understand and are aware of the fees that you will need to pay that may become payable during your tenancy. An explanation of the fees that are detailed on each property is provided below. These fees are payable in addition to the rent and dilapidations deposit payable on your tenancy. All fees (where applicable) are inclusive of VAT.
Administration Fee
No administration fees are charged to any tenants signing or securing a property with Leeds Rentals.
Mid Tenancy Tenant Fees
An administration fee of £25 will be charged for each time the rent is overdue and a telephone call is made requesting payment of overdue rent. This will also include telephone call to the tenant informing him/her of a cheque that has bounced.
A charge of £25 will be raised on each occasion the rental is not paid on the due date
An administration fee of £25 will be charged for each time the rent is overdue and a letter is sent requesting payment of overdue rent.
A charge of £25 will be made for making a site visit to collect the overdue rental even if such a visit proves abortive. This charge will be raised each time a visit is needed to be made
A charge of £25 will be made if a letter needs to be sent notifying the Tenant of any breach of tenancy agreement terms.
